Over the past several months, I've spent a lot of time thinking about stories.

Not just the stories I write, but the story my website tells about me.

If you've been following me for a while, you know I don't write just one kind of book. There are contemporary Christian romances, cozy mysteries, children's books inspired by Barley, and writing resources for fellow authors. For years, those pieces lived in different places online, and honestly, they never felt completely connected.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized something.

The genres may be different, but the heart behind every story is exactly the same.

Every book I write is ultimately about grace, mystery, and hope.

Sometimes grace looks like a woman finding a second chance in a small Georgia town.

Sometimes mystery looks like a grumpy paraplegic detective solving crimes with his nurse and two mischievous cats.

Sometimes hope arrives on four paws through the eyes of a gluten-detection service dog named Barley.

Different stories.

The same heartbeat.

That's what this new website is all about.

Instead of separating everything by genre, I wanted to create one place where you could explore the stories that speak to you while getting to know the person behind them.

If you're new here, welcome. I'm so glad you stopped by.

If you've been reading my books for years, thank you for continuing this journey with me. Your encouragement, reviews, emails, and conversations have meant more than you probably realize.

As you explore the site, you'll find three primary paths.

Grace
Mystery
Hope

Path 1: The Grace Series | Romance & Faith

If you enjoy stories of faith, healing, and second chances, I hope you'll spend some time with the Grace Series. These books are set in my hometown of Cartersville, Georgia, where ordinary people discover that God's grace often appears in the middle of life's messiest moments.

Path 2: Sam Sunday Mysteries | Cozy Mysteries

If solving puzzles sounds more like your idea of a relaxing afternoon, I'd love for you to meet Sam Sunday. Sam is a paraplegic with a sharp mind, a dry sense of humor, and very little patience for foolishness. Alongside his nurse, Reggie Lowes, he tackles mysteries that are inspired by classic children's book titles and filled with clues, surprises, and plenty of heart.

Path 3: Access Unleashed Tails | Children's Book Series

And if you're looking for stories that help children understand hidden disabilities through kindness and compassion, you'll find Access Unleashed Tails waiting for you. Inspired by my real-life journey with Barley, these books celebrate the partnership between people and service dogs while encouraging children to see beyond what is immediately visible.

Meet The Dogs

This website is more than a place to learn about my books.

It’s where I’ll be sharing the stories behind the stories, what I’m learning as a writer, updates on new projects, speaking events, and occasional glimpses into life with Barley.

My hope is that when you visit, you’ll leave encouraged, curious, and maybe even inspired to pick up your next great read.

After all, stories have a remarkable way of helping us understand one another.

I’m grateful you’re here, and I look forward to sharing this next chapter with you.

Welcome to my new home on the web.

Until our next story,

Anna
